HOW TO GET THE PILGRIM'S CREDENTIAL.
The credential is the document that identifies the pilgrim as such. Your presentation is essential to stay in a public hostel. You should be sealing it every day. Upon arrival at the Pilgrim's Office in Santiago de Compostela, you must present the credential, which will be the supporting document for having completed the Camino de Santiago and being a creditor of Compostela. Doing the Camino de Santiago is a personal commitment. The hospitality of the towns and the commitment of many people and Jacobean associations will offer you the traditional welcome of the Camino de Santiago, always trying to give preference to those most in need. For this reason, remember: -The pilgrim does not demand, accepts what is offered and appreciates it. -Hospitalist volunteers work altruistically in the shelters. Collaborate with them, help their maintenance in whatever way you can and comply with the standards established in each hostel. Respect and you will be respected. WHERE TO GET THE CREDENTIAL.
