Stage 2. Las Médulas-O Barco
STAGE 2. LAS MÉDULAS-O BARCO DE VALDEORRAS We leave Las Médulas along a track on an uphill slope for more than a kilometer, until the detour that leads to the viewpoint of Los Pedrices, which we leave on our left (the viewpoint is one kilometer from the Camino ). From here, almost always down a wide track, we reach Puente de Domingo Flórez. We pass the first and the second bridge, we continue a short way along the main road and at a detour in "y" the signs send us to the left. Then comes an underpass, we cross the Sil river, another underpass under the railway and enter Quereño. Here the yellow arrows make us go around the whole small group of houses; We skirt the concrete mass that constitutes the Eirós reservoir, we walk over the railway tunnel and end up on a path located between the Sil river on the left and the railway on the right. Along this path we continue, we cross the train track at the designated point (we can do it first through a tunnel and go to the other side of the track), we continue to Pumares, then Sobradelo comes, later Éntoma, Mount Xirimil, we go down to the highway and in just over a kilometer we are in O Barco.
